The residence block (left) and the office block (right) are moment connected conventional steel frames. The longest span is about 35 feet, allowing the use of a 24" deep spanning beam.
The slabs are standard concrete slab on metal decking, tacked to the frame at each supporting member. This will add rigidity (Multiframe cannot model this additional structural bracing without abstract simulations such as cross bracing members in the plane of the floor.)
The orange frame is an infill frame that bears on the infill component shown in the lower structural ring.
