Arizona at 60: A photographic essay, by Keith McCluskey

Coming soon.

While being driven back from the Grand Canyon, I shot a roll of black and white film from the window of the moving vehicle. These images will soon be part of a photographic essay, with the images animated, appearing in sequence. The aim is to capture a sense of time through a series of still images. Unlike video, which presents images so quickly that they are undefined, this essay attempts to expand clearly defined static images to capture a sense of time and motion.
